I am a registered associate marriage and family therapist who works from a place of deep compassion, with the goal of restoring connection and trust in yourself. I received my training working in community mental health in Pasadena, CA, providing services to highly sensitive individuals navigating a diverse range of challenges, including developmental/complex trauma, life transitions, and grief/loss.
My journey into therapy began after working in musical theatre—a world that deeply shaped my appreciation for creativity, expression, and human connection. I bring that same vitality, warmth, and sensitive understanding to the therapeutic relationship. My approach is rooted in attachment theory and client-centered care, drawing from over 20 years of experience working with children and families.
As a creative and highly sensitive person, I understand that processing the world and relationships can often be difficult and overwhelming—but I also believe that the journey toward self-discovery and acceptance is one of the greatest gifts we can give ourselves. Wherever you are in your journey, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
